The artwork that I am creating using silk screen printing consists of six layers, including deep blue, light blue, purple, pink, half tone, and glow-in-the-dark layers. It is a still from one of my favorite Chinese movies, and I want to turn it into a silk screen printed poster.
The process of silk screen printing involves layering different colors on top of each other to create a final image. Each layer adds depth and dimension to the artwork, and I carefully selected the colors to capture the mood and tone of the movie still.
I am excited to see the final result of this project and to have a unique and personalized poster to display in my home. As an artist, I find joy in the process of creating and experimenting with different techniques and mediums, and I hope to inspire others to pursue their own creative endeavors.
